(More customer reviews)The description mentions a multi-speed control knob, and bristles.Mine contained neither!Either I was sent the wrong model or it is not as advertised.The packing material it came in didn't have a model number or other description, so I'm not sure where the problem lies.Also, when I tried to use it, I found that it was so big around that it was very painful to use.Naturally women vary in their body size so some women won't have this particular problem.For me, it is useless and I had to trash it, as this product is nonrefundable if used.
