(More customer reviews)Complete waste of money! No instructions included, not even drawn diagrams or simple illustrations. No indications which way the batteries go. I tried several pairs of brand new batteries, in every conceivable placement, and never got more than an extremely weak, barely perceptible vibration which lasted less than 3 or 4 seconds. No controls, no button to turn on or off. The bulb was extremely stiff and impossible to squeeze without using both hands. Even then, it was a struggle. I never got any kind of suction at all out of it. So if it doesn't have suction, and doesn't vibrate, what good is it? I ended up with a useless, funny-looking piece of rubber which did absolutely nothing. I threw my money away. About the only good thing I can say is that it isn't noisy, because it doesn't do anything!
