To the CSR receiving this email:
I just received my TENS 7000 unit from you folks.I've been on an Empi Select unit from my physical therapist now for over a month (as I'm allergic to most of the heavy duty pain killers and can only take ibuprofen -- which is dangerous for me being a brittle Type-1 diabetic).I saw the actual receipt that my physical therapist received from Empi that gets forwarded on to my insurance company. The cost was $795.00.My insurance co-pay would have been 20% of that (~$169.00).I never even knew something like a TENS unit existed.I started searching online for a way to mod the Empi Select to output a bit more juice than just 60mV (I'm an electronics technician), and in that searching, I found the cost of other TENS units out there.
Needless to say, I was floored.I called my insurance company telling them that they were basically getting raped on the cost of these things and the Empi was being returned to my therapist as soon as I received the TENS 7000.To get *SO* much more of a product for $41 -- WITH shipping -- is nothing shy of astounding.
Right after I paid for the unit on Amazon, I discovered your company is local to me.I was thinking of just calling to see if I could come by and pick it up.But, I didn't.In just 25 hours of placing my order, I had the device in operation.Absolutely amazing!!
This TENS 7000 unit is just so much more comfortable (with the 'shocks') than the Empi Select, is MUCH more configurable, and I don't have to crank the juice to more than about 50%.WOW!I would have purchased more electrodes, but my therapist has really hooked me up on electrodes.I'm quite glad that my decently sized stock of Empi-branded electrodes work perfectly with this TENS 7000 unit.
Thank you for carrying such an incredible product and at a price that just can't be beat (I saw your regular retail price for this unit -- I would have GLADLY paid that as well). While I sincerely hope I have no need to purchase any other products from you guys (besides electrodes) -- your company is going to receive my business in the future.Fantastic price and incredibly fast shipping. Not to mention a TENS unit that rivals that puny, ungodly expensive Empi Select.
Thank you folks for just being there.
Kindest regards,

Needless to say, I'm VERY pleased with the TENS 7000 unit. The price of the Empi Select is nothing short of mind-blowing, staggering price gouging.
