No longer, though. This product fits firmly over my penis, but is NOT a "cock-ring". My penis is about 2 inches wide, 5-1/2 inches around, and this is perfect. I would say that it would probably fit circumferences from about 4" to 6-1/2". It does stretch, so smaller penises than this may not stabilize the vibrating part against his partner's clit.
The vibrating bullet is nice and powerful, but not adjustable. The batteries last for maybe 30 minutes, but trails off at the end. This seems adequate to us, if you start with fresh batteries. It uses 3 at a time. I personally have found it more enjoyable during masturbation, as the bullet can be held easily between two fingers of my right hand as I'm stroking my penis. Very strong orgasm.
All in all, this is the best value we have found in terms of sex toys. My wife was skeptical, but has had multiple strong orgasms with this during intercourse, and is a little more interested in having sex now.
